Grab a pan, preferably non-stick
Slice a decently sized chunk of butter. Put it in the pan
Set to high heat
Grab a dozen eggs, crack the eggs and put them into the pan. DONT DROP ANY EGG SHELLS IN THE PAN YOU FUCKING RETARD
Once done, break the eggs with a wooden spoon
Then, grab milk from the fridge. Pour 2-3 sips of milk into the concoction
Stir until its mostly solidified, at which point you take the pan off the heat and continue stirring. The residual heat will cook the rest and it will not burn
Optionally add seasoning. Just throw a bunch of bullshit idk. Salt is unhealthy though so id skip that
Optionally add some kind of other dish, like tomato sauce or something. Just slap it into the pan if you think itll taste good alongside the eggs

Now eat from the pan with a different spoon so you dont have to clean any plates or anything. Its a nutritious, cheap and simple meal that anyone can make. I also fucked up on my first few tries but you'll get the hang of it
