so memcpy'ed at a certain offset at my allocated memory, 'k? And judging by the calculation, when I cast the void pointer to a certain type I defined before and execute a function pointer it should work because it's all aligned, however it tells me that the function pointer is actually zero, I manually printed out every byte (L33T HACKER LEVEL DEBUGGING) and the pointer seems to be right. Damn. I've been refactoring the same shit for a week or more now even though it all worked before.
