Obviously more positive for the USA than Iran. It was a good way to find out weaknesses in military capability like how quickly the missiles ran out, and not being able to stop iranian missile strikes on military bases. For any future conflict those can be rectified. The monetary loss can be replaced by taxing wageslaves in no time.
