He's off-base with the Puritans who were largely communities who, while stringent in their own ranks, largely just wanted to be left alone. When he ties this to the universalist doctrines of Catholicism and theologically liberal Lutheranism. It even sounds like he's blaming this trend on Christian ideology.
He's close to the mark in the sense that a universalist ideology has decided, "we don't smoke" but it's clearly not Christianity behind this. My question is why the Jewish architects of the neo-liberal secular urban monoculture have decided smoking is evil, and go to such great lengths to discourage people from doing it.
It seems to me the Jews love meddling in addictive vice with the added benefit of killing goyim, but there they are, paying for people to quit smoking. Something doesn't add up.
My theory is as the Boomer generation passes a once relatively unified power structure handed the reigns to their far less adept and selfish Millennial children, and what we see happening in most world affairs today is a lot of in-fighting and decay between formerly powerful families. It could literally just be some rich son of a rabbi bought a vape company and started paying off people to sell this message that got signal-boosted by the fact that smoking is actually pretty bad for you.
Still… I'd like to know why the Jewish Council would want some goy in Montana to quit smoking bad enough to buy me about $150 of nicotine patches.
