You can say that is not Anglo because I am not 100% English, but the definition of what an Anglo is has already changed overtime. The modern English are part Anglo Saxon and part Briton, and they aren't even the people most genetically similar to the old Anglo Saxons, that would be the Danes. So are the Danes more Anglo than the English? No, because their culture is not Anglo Saxon.
