Maybe France would be much more succsesful given their whole scheme was like the spaniards mixing with and co-operating with natives to certain degrees.
Germanics/Protestants whose whole scheme was kill the natives to give whites free land probably wouldn't work, they'd either completely flop or rule whatever territory they get completely outnumbered like in dutch indonesia or british india.
US or Canada would certainly never exist, there would be no black nations in the new world without the ability to slaughter entire nations of native americans and fill it with african slaves.
again latin influence and religion seems the likeliest to succeed in the new world if anyone.
Maybe Africa would become the settler colony instead where Africa would be largely western descendants with perhaps slaves from asia and native america (basically everywhere they went iberians enslaved every new race they found blacks, arabs, indians, chinese, malays, koreans, japanese until the pope made edicts to stop enslaving each respective race which the catholics listened to except where enslaving blacks was concerned).
That's the most likely option, the west already was leaps and bounds ahead of everyone by the time it conquered the whole world, with east asian technology it may be initially ahead of everyone like china but get surpassed by the west and face asia's historical fate.
Who knows though? Maybe even the latins conquests completely flop, unable to use the new world's gold and resources to surpass all else, the european subcontinent stagnates and all they've acheived is informing America of Europe's existence and soon the comanche empire conquers everything from Madrid to Moscow.
