He is a member of an online incel group, which has a history of unprovoked violence against women in public.

The order bans him from using any device that can access the internet unless he tells the police. He is also banned from entering or loitering near women's public toilets and changing rooms.

He cannot register for, or use a guest or alias account on, a specified incel website and he's banned from using any other online platform, forum, chatroom or app that promotes or incel-related ideology or content.

A Northamptonshire sex offender was found with child abuse images and eight samurai swords. On February 15 this year, Northamptonshire Police received information that Ryuken Miyamoto-Masamune, 33, was in possession of indecent images of children.
