This happened to me when my PC broke and went to repairs and my phone broke in that same month. My PC returned wiped. I had a Google account where everything from my caca years to now were stored, went exactly like this, had to make a formal complaint on a website that tracks company behavior, talk to Google on the phone and explain everything multiple times, case got escalated.
