If you dig through the website(redcross) with the list of victims most no one is listed as dead just "missing" and some registered that they were not dead. The questions arises though, how many of these "missing" people are on the list or exist?
The fact is that the people were all in a corner which doesnt line up with normal behavior when people are trying to survive. It looks more like an "aftermath" than someone would choose to line up to do consciously. It is very possible that they wanted it to look as shocking as the holohoax pictures were. All bodies in the holohoax were in piles which they think shock people. It is also possible they bought too many mannequins
