As with most things, I think you fix schooling by deporting people. I go to a like 98% white school, we don't do dick all day, I would say half my classes I literally don't even do work, and our school is like one of the top schools based on test scores in the state. The only thing I could think to do is to somehow ban ai because that makes your iq seemingly go down more than drinking a liter of alchol a day
