>>3916700My only problem is that if the corporations and their meetings are sort of presided over by the state to ensure no foul-play, manipulation or lobbying, the higher-ups in each of these corporations still have more far power and influence than the workers do by nature. Because they have far more economic and social power, they can lobby or bribe state personnel to approve of or hinder certain motions and will always be more likely to hear out the rich & powerful members of these corporations to ensure and these "meetings" really end up not accomplishing much for the workers to preserve their own profit margins. Corruption can exist in every system for sure but in one with a strong state its capability is much stronger. I don't have an expansive understanding of the system but it does seem nicer than most alternatives thoughever
