1. Dispassionate, that is to say it is done for rational reasons rather than on impulse or emotion. This also means the one enacting the violence does not derive joy or pleasure from the act.
2. Done with just cause. That is to say in self defense, done against someone who has done sufficient evil to deserve violent recourse, etc.
Gang violence, which is that most often committed by blacks, never satisfies the first criterion, and it may only satisfy the second out of pure coincidence.
