Most internet moderation will be automated with AI within 25 years. It's funny how AI will do a much better job being honest about the identification of pornographic/sexual content than most people. It will obviously react infinitely faster than humans, but that's just a natural trait. This is good in the sense that it will help cut out the utterly insane amount of sexual perversion on the internet, something that's a huge pillar supporting online censorship. The down side is that websites that can't afford to run an approved moderation AI model (You don't actually believe they'll let you run your own moderation model, right?) will be heavily penalized in some way. They will probably be barred from certificates used to allow anyone to sign up or use them without showing real ID or at least facial scans that happen in the background every 10 minutes. Whatever happens elsewhere in society and politics, the future of the internet is bleak. All we can do is hope the least worse policies become commonplace.
