What are /pol/'s thoughts on linguistic macro-families? (Indo-Uralic, Austro-Tai, Dene-Yeniseian, Altaic, etc.)
Are there any families of languages that you think might have a reconstructible common ancestor?

I support afroasiatic because it groups jewish, arab and nigger languages into one bundle

Let's not jump to conclusions but do you think they might be distantly related? It could very easily be a coincidence, though. Time to compare the verb structure
Let's sort this shit out. Maybe Hurro Urartian verbs are structured more like Basque's?

sorry, not is- and su-, it's pronounced ish- and shu-, forgot that diacritics get removed from posts

Sounds like shi- in Navajo and other Athabascan languages

Whoops, that's the hurrian noun structure, not the verb. Here's a corrected version of my previous post.

Especially with the whole "karasuk" & "Dene-Caucasian" hypotheses that both coincidentally link together Yeniseian with Burushaski

But then again, upon closer analysis, their verb structure is completely different. Like, it's not even a mirror image or anything, let alone a near 1:1 correspondence in morphology. It's a tangled mess.
As opposed to, say, Yeniseian, which has some very obvious similarities in its verbs to Athabaskan/Tlingit
