>>3726995When I started doing pull ups I just got on the bar and tried to lift myself up. If you can't do even a single pull up try grabbing onto the bar, and make yourself sink as slowly as you can and do it in reps.
<Then when you get to pull ups, just do as much as you can until you can't. Count and when you give up do your next set with one more pull up at the end. Just keep adding +1 after all your reps
