I suffer from social anxiety too but because of my job, I have no choice but to attend classes and work alongside other people. I'm sure there are many others out there like me.

Find a reason to at least mildly dislike anyone you talk to, and keep it in the back of your head. Anxiety instantly vanished for me when I was in my mid teens and did this and hasn't returned since.
