The sharty is dying and we all know it.
The Pee Pee .. / H is at an all time low since soot era. Many of us feel as though we need to carefully word our posts and jokes to avoid a permaban from power tripping jannies. I propose we take a week long strike where we stop using the sharty, and do better things with our time. When we come back, if quote has not improved things, we do it again for longer. At some point quote must give in if he wants the sharty to continue.

Our demands (maybe a first draft):
1. Stop enforcing ru* le 7. I understand you may need to have it up (on paper) so the British government doesn't crack down on you or whatever, but I assure you you'll be fine if some people here tell each other to kill themselves or make suicide jokes. I've seen people permabanned for the most mild of jokes over this rule.

2. Don't range ban entire countries from posting on /soi/. If any range bans are still there then remove them. It did not improve post quality on /soi/ at all, just made it move slower.

3. Unban the giggers. I understand not wanting to allow pee dough jokes to keep out pee-doughphiles, but the large majority of giggers were not *actual* pee-doughphiles, they were clearly just jokes. Maybe give them a couple days or a wee.k ban for first offenses if you must, and maybe increase the ban le/ngth if they continue. We lost a lot of non-pee-doughphiles posters over that when the original intent of the rule was to keep out actual pee-doughphiles.

4. Ban all namefagging/tripfagging across all boards and the soiboooru. Make all the posts anonymous. Namefags are a cancer to any community. At this point the bo.ooru is an off s*ite hostille community.

5. Stop enforcing rul* e 6 so harshly. Someone should be able to make a joke about shooting someone's dog without getting a permaban. If you really need to ban them (you don't) then don't make it a perma.

J. Fix the shitty cap"t cha. Sometimes it doesn't work. Also how are we ever supposed to get new posters? When they see it they'll just say idk what this shit is and leave.

7. Stop moviing threads

There are other things which could help but I think this is the bare minimum to start. If you guys agree these are good demands to start with then we should stop posting tonight in about an hour and a half from now, at 2:00 AM EST. We may begin posting again on July 8th. Do not post here or on any board in the meantime. Whether you guys join or not I will be doing this, party since I waste too much time here.

If this goes correctly and you happen to get on tomorrow or another day and see this thread, then bump it and leave until then.
