Get a grip retard. For example I am transitioning from male to male and require nothing but quality sleep and vast quantities of quality lean meat with just a small amount of cruciferous vegetables to keep my digestion regular. Starting at 35% bodyfat, then cutting to 10% bodyfat which took months to do correctly, nearly a year, and now working to gain back 35 pounds of muscle. I have the frame and height of Arnold Schwarzenegger but unfortunately nowhere near as good of insertion points in general (except for my biceps are probably better, his insertions were crazy high). I require no hormone therapies, no dbol (which Arnold had to use), no retarded flag in my bedroom, and no chastity cage for this transition. I have set up my own custom pulley system and use bags of sand as weight. There are no carbs in my diet aside from my weekly refeed days, which fill my now rippling muscles with glycogen and provide me with enough fuel to obliterate my 6 day split (only possible because I spend a healthy amount of time in deep sleep where HGH is produced and muscle growth and repair happens). None of this requires me to waste my time watching videos about shit that doesn't affect me or eat into my precious sleep schedule. I'm about to peak, hard
