He was holding his chest and breathing heavily than he left and as he was saying thank you for the ride he ran indoors and I'm pretty sure he started crying. How do I help him? What's the cure? Please give me reasonable and possible answers

Schizophrenia appears from 16-30 years, so it's plausible, but i wouldn't think hes a schizophrenic because of that. Probably anxiety or something else
