The Jay Report confirmed 1400 victimized girls in Rotherham in a 16 year period from 1997-2013.

Rotterdam had a scobulation of 254,000 in 1997.
Assume 10% were aged 10-20, that means 28000 children of which 14000 are girls.
Ages 10 to 20 has 11 age brackets.
14000 divided by 11 is 1270 girls per age bracket.
1270 multiplied by 16 years is 20320 vulnerable girls over the report period.
1400 victimized girls divided by 20320 vulnerable girls is a 7% victimization rate, or 1 out of 14 victimized vulnerable girls.

England's scobulation in 1997 was 48,664,800.
48,664,800 divided by 10 is 4,866,480 vulnerable children, or 2,433,240 vulnerable girls.
2,433,240 divided by 11 age brackets is 221,204 per age bracket.
221,204 multiplied by 16 years is 3,539,264 vulnerable girls nationally over the report period.
7% of 3,539,264 is 247,748.
The Rupert Lowe report estimate is 250,000.

Wouldn't it be more like 247,748 divided by 16?

>If the population stayed constant and birth rates had been stable (they weren't) that would mean every year 1270 new girls would become available for rape
>1270*15+14000=33.050
>that's a 4.236% rape rate
>thats 1 out of every 24
>If we assume this was going on everywhere in england assuming a never changing population of 48,664,800 by the above logic there were 3.893.184 ready to be raped
>at a 4.236% rape rate thats 164.915 girls that would have been raped
