I was wandering through some forest with some family members. I wasn't sure why I was there but I had a strong feeling I had been here before. As we went further into the forest we came across a clearing that exposed a beautiful and small lake with smooth-rock shores. My brothers instantly took off their shirts and got ready to go swimming. My Dad and I saw an entrance to a cave in the rocky shore so we went down to explore it and left my brothers behind. As we walked down the cave, I realized I didn't need a flashlight no matter how far we walked. As we continued down, the cave would split off into one direction, then another. Lots of turns and corridors. The walls slowly turned from gray rock to some type of brown dirt. We must've explored for 20 minutes. We finally came to a dead end. This dead end had a random bookshelf up against the wall. I turned to my dad because I was confused as to what I was experiencing. He didn't react. He instead walked up to the shelf and grabbed a specific book. When he pulled on it the book activated a secret switch that revealed a hidden door within the bookshelf. We both walked in. The hairs on my neck were tingling and I was filled with this crazy energy I was so unnaturally curious about what was in here. I just had to see. Upon entering this doorway it led to a very small room with a couple more bookshelves. And a small pedastal holding a single book atop it. I was extremely drawn to this book. I could feel it radiating with power and knowledge. I went over to it and opened it. To my suprise the book had been hollowed out and made to fit a smaller more worn out journal of some sort. I looked at the journal amazed by it. And then I had a sudden urge to show someone else this book. And instead of opening it, i left the room and the cave to find my brothers. I found my oldest brother and told him to follow me and led him back to the cave. As we walked down the cave the journey to the end of it seemed way longer than the first time. I didnt remember so many twists and turns but eventually we made it to the bookshelf door. I told him to get ready to have his mind blown. I revealed the hidden door to him, grabbed his hand and walked through the door. I cant explain exactly what happened here but basically I felt extremely strange. As we walked through the doorway the entire dream glitched or something and we exited the doorway and found ourselves in a supermarket. At a loss for words or sanity I turned around to go back but instead of a bookshelf doorway all I saw was milk and dairy products. Having no idea what just happened I looked at my brother and for some strange reason he looked at me with a face full of concern and said "thats strange I could have sworn we went the right way". He said that even though I was the one who was going to show him the secret book.
