Whenever I am out for the day and at places with public bathrooms (non-single stalls) it's been an incredibly stressful experience, and feels like it's been negatively affecting my transition. I pass decently, but I am absolutely not comfortable being in women's spaces, probably ever. If I use the men's, it will make me feel disgusting, plus i'd have to boymode, which will make me feel dysphoric all day, AND subject me to more misgendering.

After stressing over this for months and a handful of crying meltdowns, I finally decided to suck it up and start wearing diapers. I would rather deal with an extra inconvenience and perpetually wear dresses & skirts to hide it than have a traumatizing experience in the women's room bc ppl suck. So far, it's been going pretty well. I still try to find single stalls at any point during the day, and when there isn't one around I can just go into the megamax as a last resort. Plus with Spiro i've had some unpredictable close calls, so it' been a win-win, and I wonder why I didn't do this sooner. Now I don't have to dehydrate myself or worry about an accident either.

Anyone else wear diapers and struggle with this? How has your experience been with it?
