5. Covering tear gas canisters with cardboard boxes will hinder law enforcement, and falls under obstruction of justice and assisting a criminal. Do not do this, it may seem fun or cool, but it's incredibly dangerous and illegal. Criminals can be seen doing this when the wind is going in their direction.
Do NOT improvise bludgeons or high distance objects.
6.1 You will absolutely NOT buy dozens of 1 1/2" x 30" wooden objects, or 3x70mm metal table legs with a sharp platform on the end to support being attached to the table, who mostly cost 5-7 bucks a piece. Or curtain rods that can extend in length with knobs on the end, perhaps even dumbell bars where you can remove the weights, and screw the star-shaped ends on one side to create a mace. If you do the following and mass distribute these devices of self defense (DSD), you could land in big trouble! The police will not like it! So don't spend a couple hundred of bucks to obtain such materials, or distribute them among people when a riot is going on, that is illegal.
