They are good, hardworking people, but they are competitive to the point that it's annoying, similar to Asians in a sense. They are also a bit vengeful and will always remember that one bad deed you did even if you've done 100 good ones. I heard from my parents once that the reason they do this is because they want to achieve economic certainty so as to be seen as equals and not be treated in a racist manner by other nations. I don't know much about Albania itself, but I've heard that it's pretty shit, which is why a lot of Albanians move here to build a better life.
