Not really. A normal rapist can rape once a week and a racist rapist can rape daily. It doesn't mean less people get raped, but it does mean there are less people that could, which is good. However the amount is not that important since depending on the race, the people spared could be very few; if it's a white rapist, it means 93% of the rest of the world population could be raped by him.
