So I just fast walk 3-4 miles on the treadmill or 2.5-3 miles in the hills. which is about the same aerobic.
I know someone with wheel-chairs who go up into the hills and wheel around the parking lot (with some mild grade) to get exercise. they drive up in their van. totally self reliant.
