Id slowly lobby my way into a half developed country. Then, id build a cult of personality around myself by being generous with the people and promising to better their lives. Id then hire some kind of militia group of natives, have the spread around the country and eventually coup it with enough support to have basically free reign. Id keep whatever institutions make said country richer/ more prosperous. . Id also set up a competent aristocracy composed of mainly whiteys or other smart natives to run the country effectively. Id bring in white entrepeanurs from the west as to further advance my nation. Id elevate its culture and bribg european arts and literature to the people. Ill made roads,schools,and hospitals so as to further alleviate my populace. Once ive shown the people i am trust worthy i would execute ny plan of TDD (total dark death, whatever unpleasent group is in the country) and keep it a secret so that i dont condemnd by the heccin international community and possibly embargoed. Maybe even a pogrom here and there. Id then get the nations as self suffiecient as possible so that we may expand, millitarily. Of course, all of tbis would take time, so id establish further plans for when i die, the country doesnt immediatley collapse
