The vessel looks incredibly unstable and it is at risk of sinking, one of the officers decide to send rescue boats to the fishing ship, it took a while but they did eventually arrive. If you bring these people to shore, that would mean the men would contribute to the crime and decay of your nation. Is it entirely their fault? Not nessecarily, that's their nature. Then you realize it, the women and men brought it upon themselves and brought their children to their doom. You immediately tell the rescue boats to keep them on the fishing vessel and stay out of the area. The rescuers look confused, but they unload the women and children onto the fishing vessel, and drive off. A few dozen minutes later, a high explosive shell hits the hull of the migrant boat.

A giant fireball appears, with smoke and red mist clearing after the explosion is heard back on the frigate. The boat is on fire, women children and mostly men are burning, they jump in the water but they can't swim. Mangled unrecognizable nigger corpses are littered across the waters and on the ship, body parts are visible. Everyone on the frigate looks apathetically, your officers look at each other shocked at what they've done, some look amazed, some seemed like they didn't care, they can't do anything about it, it was an order. The rescue boats are too far away to save them anyway. This is their punishment, every single one on that boat wanted your brothers gone.
