It's not genius. Women always do stuff like that to undermine other women. They are natural born psychopaths. Men always work together and give each other useful advice; women always undermine each other, spread harmful (and usually false) rumors, give each other bad advice on purpose, tell each other that "Omgggg girllll you don't have to lose weight, you are beautiful just the way you are <3". I once read a study that showed that women knowingly recommend each other bad haircuts on purpose, and it didn't even matter if the person asking for the advice was her friend or a random girl.
