"Pan-Europeanism" is a pipe dream
"White Nationalism" does not work outside an American context because American White culture is basically assimilation into the Anglo-Saxon slightly Celto-Germanic society. Pan-Europeanism in Europe doesn't work, and it will never. Germany and Greece are different, England and France are different, Serbia, Bosnia, and Croatia (Do I even have to say it?).
Sure, there can be some cooperation. But Europe cannot be ONE nation, it's a continent with different identities that HAVE to be changed or integrated into either one of the cultures to be one. Different work ethics, different outlooks, different religions, different customs. But a group of Basque, Sicilian and Thracian Greeks would rather interact with each other or even their own ethnicity, than do so with a group of Norwegian, Dutch and Englishmen.

White Nationalism needs an unifier. America is the closest thing to a pan-european project. Even the Irish had problems with the Englishmen (literal neighbors by the way) for hundreds of years, in Britain and the United States. Now, they speak the same language, same accents, same clothes, though wealth gaps still exist the average Joe cannot distinguish them despite 200 years ago the two would've hated their guts.
