don't play the game vanilla, you're going to need a few mods to add better perks in the skill tree and more viable spells (and if you play mage you're going to want the anniversary edition for the broken as fuck elemental spells which deal huge fire, frost, AND electric damage with a huge blast radius)

<The minutemen,the Ncr that is bad,no commanding settlements or whatever,just pure agony going from place to place,killing raiders and wasting time decorating a pretty base,which rrquir3s to also scrap everything in a big area which is so tiresome,no good factions,no player choice,
At least fallout 3 is atmospheric and lets you be comically evil,fallout 4 doesn't give you that choice at ALL,no good armor,only power armor because its soooo cool,no good unarmed combat besides that one powerfist from a goose,and finnaly,no player choice,most of the time everything you do doesn't matter,its a illusion of choice,its also buggy and loads like shit
Overall rating on this game is 4/10,all flashy nothing beyond to me
