But you need a gimmick that makes you stand out from the crowd as well. "I love BBC" and "Trans rights" and threads typically do not go very far, particularly if you are lazy and uncreative about it.
For instance if you wanted to bait people into thinking you are gay, and you made a thread like

If you were more subtly and original, like saying
