I have owned 5 cars already outright, sold them for a loss and bought another new car and realized, I'm spoiking myself and selling it every 3-4 years so why not lease it.
But Its brand new. I didn't have to sell it for a lease. I found it made more sense.

if you want to own and think in your head You're winning then do so. It's not a house. It isn't going to be yours your entire life. The average car is owned for about 10 years maybe 12. it becomes a money pit after that. you will be blowing as much money fixing it as buying 2 cars
