cook the potatoes until they all floated to the surface, get rid of the water.
heat the olive oil pan and pour the egg in, you need to have cut the potatoes small enough for you to flip it because now you're gonna dump it in on the egg
add pepper
after a minute get one of those wooden things i forgot the english for and scrape underneath the omelet so it doesnt fuses with your pan
once is a lil brown underneath and the top is solid flip it and give it another couple minutes
