If you use a computer a lot and are willing to learn how to make it work linux is going to be better for you. Windows is made with jeet vibe coding and filled with spyware and bloat. You can make an ancient laptop run fine on linux, when it can barely run windows.

If you want to play vidya and nothing else honestly just stay with windows. Linux compatability will just be a pain. A lot of drivers are windows only too.
