By Abolishing money you simply revert an advanced form of trading back to bartering. Money actually makes trading MORE EQUAL and BENFICIAL TO EVERYONE.
Lets say you own a Pear farm and you want to buy some wheat, the issue is the wheat farmer only wants apples, but the apple farmer only wants wheat.
Guess who gets completely left out of this trade circle and doesn't get to partake in the local economy? Yup, you.
As for the idea of the leaderless society, this is entirely delusion. Humans throughout literally ALL of history have had leaders, even when we were literally clanking rocks together in caves we had leaders. That is because we are an inherently hierarchical species, it's how we thrive and reach our maximum potential as a society. Attempting to abolish this leads to total societal breakdown and nothing getting done. If nobody's barking orders who's going to pave the roads?
Not only that, but even if you did set up one of these communes, certain people are going to excel at decision making and leadership skills, and naturally the only members of the commune will choose this person as the head of decision making. Also known as a leader. Because they're the one who knows how to get shit done and get it done right.
This alternatively just leads to a small clique/faction of people seizing power because they know if they do then literally NOBODY will oppose them.
And finally, the military. Let's say you get your commune of territories, it's all set up, and then suddenly you get invaded because your neighboring country knows you literally don't have leaders or an incentive for people to work harder jobs such as steel factories. How will you get the soldiers to fight this war? Conscription? Guess who enforces conscription, THE STATE, BUT YOU HAVE NO STATE SO YOU CAN'T CONSCRIPT ANYONE. And the chances of enough people volunteering is VERY slim, even if it was a perfect utopia most people still wouldn't fight since very few people are born to kill and seeking battle.
