I was thinking about how you could stop the child rape in the UK&other places and realized that having any evidence of the crime is a crime as well. Making it impossible to prove that it happened and thus impossible to prosecute anyone. Though admittedly they would probably be given a light sentence given the current status quo. Obviously you can't make 'p legal because that would encourage people to become more degenerate and child rape could even become more of a problem, but I guess I was just thinking about the cons of how things are now. Only real solution I can think of is having a special exception for people who are trying to gather evidence to report a crime.
