Governments should only alter the economy passively by enforcing rules for ultimate. In other words, it shouldn't ever selectively over-tax or redistribute wealth to disrupt the state of the free market, but instead create hard rules about what can and cannot be done. The consequences need to be especially brutal as to never be considered a price of doing business or a selective tax. Some believe this means jail time, but I think the friction caused by the finger pointing process and sentencing of each offense in the current Jewish legal system outweigh the benefits of taking a greater than proportional amount of capital than profited from the offense.
Take recycling as an example. Instead of redistributing tax payer money to subsidize the recycling of any material, a government should instead enforce the use of recyclable materials. This could be done by either setting recycling quotas or outright banning the use of offending materials.
Or take oil. Instead of massively subsidizing corn for use in gasoline, condemn the secondary uses of oil that raise the price in the energy sector.
This entire scna was to poop on disposable plastic btw. And yes this is obviously incompatible with the federal reserve

I think the biggest problem with a truly free market is that in many cases important sectors can reach a steady state outside of the optimal. I think its obvious a population of well-bodied, high-thinking individuals would be an overall economic benefit, but yet many companies still sabotage public wellbeing by feeding vices and aggressively attacking the senses. I feel like what the reasons behind this is the root of a lot of snca debate that is moot at the end of the day. Negative economic incentives should make those tactics way less than feasible. But getting a government to a state where it actual works in accordance to those principles with a sane concept of ultimate good is another story THOUGH
