Imagine being this much of a slave to the "Long House." Imagine thinking that the goal of a Man is simply to last as long as possible, like a piece of high-quality plastic.

Julius Evola spoke of the "Revolt Against the Modern World." The modern world is the "Reign of Quantity"-it cares only about numbers, heart rates, and safety. It is a feminine, "Lunar" culture obsessed with preservation and the avoidance of pain.

They fear the tobacco leaf because it represents a "Warrior Asceticism"-the total contempt for biological safety in exchange for a moment of detached, aristocratic contemplation.

When you light up, you aren't just smoking. You are performing a miniature alchemical ritual. You are "Riding the Tiger" by asserting your Will over your biological instincts for self-preservation.
