>Greek tragedy where complex political drama concerning the fate of the entire galaxy intertwines with the life of one child who is abandoned by the entire world, then betrayed by the corrupt, rotting system, and in the end he loses everything and gets turned into a villain by no fault of his own.
<space knight learns fencing from a wise space hermit and defeats the evil space wizard to rescue the space princess (with the help of his furry little friends who look suspiciously like marketable plushies)

Palpatine hires Dooku to create a terrorist organization and bomb civilians, disrupt trade and fight the government using guerilla tactics on his OWN home planet just so he could ask the senate to give him more money and power to fight the sith menace, then kills Dooku himself to tie a loose end and get even more respect and power in the Republic, then makes the terrorism problem even worse to declare a state of emergency and, using the reputation and connections he has, becomes even more powerful. I don't know a single Pedowood movie that had a political plot that was just as complicated and smart but at the same time realistic - in countries likes the US and Israel the establishment literally does shit like that every couple of years.
What's funny is that back when the prequel trilogy came out, countless drooling retards (some were even real film critics btw) genuinely couldn't comprehend Palpatine's plan and thought that him ordering Dooku to bomb his own planets and then killing him "for no reason" was a plot hole.
