Viktor Tsoi is good, Molchat Doma is good, I like kino a lot as well.
I listen to a lot of the Soviet military music. Theres something about it that is filled with soul. Yevpatoria is a jewtube channel that has loads of good ones, but my favourite is probably "Crew is one family".

From Viktor Tsoi, I like Gruppa Krovi, Summer is ending and Star called the Sun.

I didn't find out about this music from chinktok or whatever. I found out about Russian Rock because I liked the military music first, and thats just because I watch history stuff on jewtube.

It was very annoying a couple years ago when people at school were watching coal instagram reels about clash royale and using the song "Dark is the night" in it. Its a very emotional song and I wish people could have learnt about it properly instead of just as music from reels.

I know Gruppa Krovi isn't niche, but most people will not recognise the name Viktor Tsoi or the band KINO. Also GTA 4 is from fucking ages ago, and most zoomers will either have never played it, or played it as a caca and have barely any recollection of it.
