Got around to watching every movie in the Final Destination series. Heres how I would rank them personally.
Final Destination 1 (2000)
Classic deaths, good acting, original concept. All around great movie.
Final Destination: Bloodlines (2025)
Massive pickup from the last installment in the franchise. The acting is better and the deaths are stepped up from the last film.
Final Destination 3 (2006)
The concept of the deaths being predicted through the pictures taken at the beginning is creative. Deaths are thought out and acting is decent. 45% of this ranking goes to the main character being a cutie btw.
Final Destination 4 (2009)
Deaths are decent and the acting is ok. Nothing special about this film other than the pool scene. You tell during this time they were starting to get into the whole “3D VFX” thing.
Final Destination 5 (2011))
Acting is B movie level, retarded plot, and the only reason this is not at the lowest ranking is because of the deaths being alright. This and FD2 are interchangeable.
Final Destination 2 (2003)
Acting is a stemming pile of dogshit, boring deaths, shitty special effects, boring plot. The only notable thing about this film is the log scene. Other than that its a major step down from the first film.

I agree with you on FD2, the premonition is too repetetive, and is overrated in my opinon. The 3rd one and 1st one have amazing scores (especially on the roller coaster sequence). The 5th one is my personal favourite, I enjoyed how Sam has a dilemma and personal aspirations revealed before the disaster, as it's neat seeing how the bridge collapse alters his outlook (albeit the ending is somewhat rushed) I liked the ending bringing it full circle, and the kitchen sequence. I also like the title sequence (with it being one of my favourites of any movie).
