Don Bluth was a conservative and made some of the greatest animated features in history. Mr. Bluth might just be responsible for just about every single noteworthy animated movie not made by Disney until Shrek (and a couple that were made by Disney). He also did Dragon's Lair, so he's responsible for the game that mainstreamed FMVs in video games.

Also "progressive's" side of animation includes shit like Velma, Dick & Shorty, the shittier seasons of Netflix Castlevania, Netflix DMC, and any of the new garbage modern Disney has been making.
