Season 1 was soooo good, but then everything just went down the drain soooo quickly. Seasons 2 and 3 were noticeably worse, Homelander and Soldier Boy basically carried that shit on their shoulders. Season 4 was absolute fucking trash, genuine CW level slop. I'll just read the ending on the internet once season 5 ends because I'm not watching that shit. All the characters were turned into one dimensional nobodies who just exist to move the plot. Homelander was turned into a retarded schizo manchild who just kills people for fun. All the main characters have insane plot armor. The amount of sex, gore and other disgusting stuff has become unbearable, the writers basically think that cheap shock factor will make goycattle believe that the show is very deep and mature (and they're right).
