I respect ataturk and bismark for the work they did to save their countries. Ataturk turned a collapsed, degenerate empire that had been losing a war on all fronts (except the one he was at) for 4 years into a country that was on its way to becoming a modern country, he dedicated his life to his country. Bismark is similar, he beat Austria and France, two of the three major continental powers at the time, and then unified the Germans ev&doe half of them didn't even want it at the time.
They obviously aren't quite the same as napoleon or genghis, who both nearly succeeded in completely conquering the world in their lifetime. They're still impressive people a lot can be learnt from, but yeah in the case of hitler its more what you can learn not to do.
