Those indeed seem to be quite peculiar beings, determining what they are will be no easy task. Nonetheless the material provided is enough to make some suppositions that can get us closer to understanding this newfound entity.
We must first of all analize it's physionomy and general appearance. In all instances long pointy ears and an abnormally large mouth and eyes can be observed on their faces hinting a distinct and abnormal belonging, far from regular human beings. This position is further legitimized by taking a look at their body, which displays a shockingly small waist and legs. Whether these are a completely different species or simply genetically modified humans (as they indeed show some striking similarities, such as regular human proportions from the upper torso up and the ability to speak) is unfortunately impossible to determine with the provided material.
Moving on from their bodies, each instance analyzed possesses a classy suit, indicating first of all an interest in covering their bodies (out of shame likely) but most importantly it shows an interest in appearing presentable in front of an audience.
Now it's time to analyze their behaviour and attempt to determine what they could possibly want to do on this place. As we have already anticipated, these beings take great interest in their appearance. The first recording further solidifies this through the demonstration of the individual's immense wealth, all accompanied by a calm rehearsal of the words "Media Pending Ampovol" (sentence which unfortunately could not be deciphered, as it was probably speaking in it's native language). It sitting on a throne also implies that this specific creature holds some sort of temporal power, probably over a kingdom of similarly shaped beings. Considering the difference in behaviour and speech shown by the rest of the provided recordings, it is not irrational to assume that they each represent different individuals and the very first recording is indeed portraying their king.
A dilemma arises when analyzing the second video proposed. It, in fact, shows another one of such beings acting however in a menacing manner while producing sounds completely devoid of any meaning, in a completely different show than the first one.
