being trans and mixed made me realize the internalized racism i was working through as i got older was something my white trans counterparts would never understand, it’s unfortunate how many ppl i’ve met in the lgbtq+ community who used their identity to justify their racist behavior. Many white trans women don’t understand intersectionality and their blind spots make them grasp to the patriarchal idea of white womanhood or white feminism and it’s disappointing that they walk all over everyone else just to boost themselves for people who don’t even like them.
