Help me do a face rig for Gigaboy, potentially will be used for a game,

There are 2 models, one with applied modifiers and other without before subdivision.
UV mapping looks acceptable and xis skin texture hides it.
I didn't baked anything to the low poly one.
Anyone with experience could give me feedback or do gigaboy's face rig (and hands)
