the sharty should have a couple focuses for each leader/leaders along events that can be notable for example a path for sootists, frootists, soyumvirate etc, there could also be certain states (boards) that could rebel as events like a /pol/ revolution that has portucaca as the leader.

I agree with you that the 'ru should have many factories, since it is basically the only other place than the 'sharty itself where you can get 'jaks. The 'ru should have a focus tree similar to hungary in Kaiserredux, where depending on what leader they pick, they can either-
1. be loyal to the sharty
2. be loyal, with increased autonomy
3. during the soypocalypse (if triggered, if not it will do it on it's own with extra buffs) the 'ru will revolt against the 'sharty.
