The story is called juha's nail, where juha's neighbor hates him so much he constantly offers to buy juha's home and kick him out. Eventually, juha accepts WITH THE CONDITION that he gets to keep a nail in the wall of the home as property. Juha would then wake the neighbor up in the middle of the night everyday to legally check on his property (the nail) and it pissed off the neighbor so hard he said gave the house back to juha
